Q:Does the Playing video is true 1080P.
A:You must make sure the video source supports 1080P,or that TV box will can not be converted it to 1080P. In another words ,Video source is the basis terms, and TV box is only a tool.

Q:WIFI or 5G network can't be connected
A:Pls check that does the TV Box can be support both 2.4G /5G Network, and see that if other device can be connected to WiFi, then check if TV box is in the range of WiFi eara ? There's a compatibility problem between WiFi and router when you use WiFi connection.
